Where the knowledge comes from
Doctoral research in applied statistics, including the modelling of neonatal electroencephalogram signals. Taught undergraduate statistics and quantitative methods as a postgraduate teaching assistant throughout. The skill of making hard material land started here.
Honours degree specialising in Statistics, with Mathematics and Computer Science alongside it. Those three threads have run through every role since.
